Office UC Desktop Overview

The standard Office UC Desktop application allows users to utilise a number of softphone functions on a Desktop or Tablet/iPad such as voice and video calling, in addition to call centre login.

The UC Business option adds additional functionality such as desktop voice and video calling, instant messaging and presence (IM&P), and Microsoft Skype for Business plug-in.

The UC Team option provides even more features including personal audio conferencing for up to 8 people, and the ability to desktop share.
